[BUG] ToneStack crashes on iPhone when trying to remove ABY from the chain

Only happens on the iPhone (6), can add/remove the ABY from the iPad no worries. Happened in v2 and is also happening in v3. There's no midi mapping to it.

Derp... Ok sorry forget about that! I moved the ABY to a different spot in the chain and was then able to remove it.
