Midi on/off with FCB1010

Wanted to share that I got the effect on/off working with FCB1010 with Uno chip with Tonestack. I saw that others in past had this problem and never saw a solution posted.
I have my FCB1010 set so the top row sends 0 for off and 127 for on for CC 21 through 25. Tonestack by default sets the Threshold to 64. With this, pushing the pedal turns effect off but will not turn it back on.
If you set the Threshold to 1 and Latch, it works properly.
