Problem with double payment in Apple store
I bought your 3 bundles recently and downloaded to my iPad Air. I then bought a new iPad Pro 10.5 and reinstalled ToneStack Go. It seems that I mistakenly purchased the Plate Reverb at that time even though it is already included in one of the bundles! Apple won’t refund. Can you help me sort this out please?

Only Apple has the ability to issue refunds. Please fill out a support request or shoot me an email (jessie @ yonac .com).
Apple is in charge of that stuff. Developers can't do anything it's not their fault
Apple sorted it out. They just needed proof the item was in an already purchased bundle before refunding. I used their website chat application rather than their built in returns application.
