Radio silence for a loooong time now since this was announced... so perhaps AUv3 is no longer on the roadmap? It’s not easy to retro-integrate AUv3 into an existing app - even harder with the app is as complex and versatile as Tonestack - so if Yonac has decided it’s not viable then fair enough. However, would be good to know what’s happening one way or another. And if it is still coming any clue as to when? It’s certainly one amazing app

@Jessie is it still a thing? Any eta or news or possible features planned?
No ETA. We want it to happen, but it's pretty complicated. First off, yes, retro-fitting AUv3 to an existing app is near impossible. We would have to build an entirely new app, which would take a pretty long time. We also need to figure out how it would be in an upgrade/new app. There's a LOT in ToneStack, and we don't want people who have invested in it to buy a whole new app, IAPs, etc. We need to figure out a road map there.
I can say definitely not in 2018. We have a few smaller projects we're working on right now.
With IAA being deprecated by Apple this question is more important than ever... how’s the AUv3 version of ToneStack coming along? Can we expect before 2020?
I don't have an exact ETA. Really hoping before 2020. We're working on it now, and yes, because of IAA, it's the top priority.
Hey @Jessie just checking in... what’s the latest on this?
Still working on it! Everyday. It's just going to take a while. Everything needs to be re-written. Every single amp & effect. Why did we put in so many units? Think everyone would be cool with just like 5 effects? No? Darn.
Another vote of confidence for AUV3! :-)
... and then there was AUv3
